Do I need any prior experience?

No prior experience is necessary! We offer programs for complete beginners as well as advanced practitioners. Our team will guide you every step of the way and tailor our approach to your current level and needs.

How do I choose the right program for me?

We recommend starting with our Personal Assessment Quiz to get personalized recommendations. You can also book a free consultation to discuss your goals and needs with our team.

Can I combine multiple services?

Absolutely! Many clients benefit from combining services such as meditation with detox programs, or adding human design readings to their wellness journey. We can help you create a customized plan that integrates multiple modalities.

Are your programs available online or in-person?

We offer both online and in-person options for most of our services. Retreats are in-person only, while many of our programs and consultations can be done virtually to accommodate your schedule and location.

Pricing & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Payment plans are available for programs over $500. Please contact us to discuss payment options.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for most programs. Retreat deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future retreat with 30 days notice. Please see our full refund policy for details.

Do you accept insurance?

While we don't directly bill insurance companies, we can provide receipts and documentation that you may be able to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement, depending on your coverage.

Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a service?

You can book services through our contact page or by calling us directly. We'll respond within 24 hours to confirm your booking and provide next steps.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance for individual sessions and 4-6 weeks for retreats. However, we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
